Pool bar/house is cool but don't think feasible unless it is sunk in corner by garage. And how much cost would it run?

I don't mind the hot tub near pool but i think a few steps away is better so it is not interferring with pool or taking up pool space.

like the look of narrow pavement on one side but not sure functionality of grass or landscaping mulch getting in pool.

i go back and forth if i like the high wall on a small part of it so kids could jump off it. but also like the fact of being able to walk around full pool.
