Really well done Merica. Only changes I'd make is to move the entry door to the left of the living room and move the entry to the hall down towards the front of the houseAnd if guests will not be staying in bedroom 2, I'd turn bath 2 into a powder room and use the extra room for more closet space.

Here’s how I would divvy-up the 800sf to start, with unequal bedrooms & baths. It’s roughly 2 blobs of space 625 + 175 = 800 sf shell. For planning I use 4” for all wall thickness, the reality is walls are not 4” thick depending on if the framer wants dimensions to studs or to finished walls.
