Reply to: Here’s how I would divvy-up the 800sf to start, with unequal bedrooms & baths. It’s roughly 2 blobs of space 625 + 175 = 800 sf shell. For planning I use 4” for all wall thickness, the reality is walls are not 4” thick depending on if the framer wants dimensions to studs or to finished walls.
