I'D LOVE TO AT LEAST STUB IN FOR THESE heating elements (unless not allowed, etc) One source: Infratech heaters which are available with a flush-mount option. See more on our website: http://www.authenteak.com/fire---heat-patio-heaters.html#res_per_page=33&Path=fire---heat-patio-heaters&Brand=Infratech

Fan and heating unit.

CEILING FAN IN DECK FOR CIRCULATION & MOSQUITOES. Fan on ceilings and patios help keep away mosquitos. Also look into heater insets into ceiling (like reception place) for this space.

OUTDOOR LIGHTING future options and flexibility.

ENTRY—SEMI FLUSH CEILING LIGHT. ( I like these fixtures. Different, but nice. Still need to figure out our look.)

Q

STAIR LIGHTING. Probably just do both flights (uniformity and will be using).

LONG GREAT ROOM. THINK HARD! All can? Fan? With such a wide great room, consider two semi flush in family space. Map w furniture and fireplace. Maybe keep them a little more centered. Hmm.

FLOOR OUTLETS??? Talk about floor outlet in great room. Ugh!

Could be the perfect answer. Swivel above just the right headboard.

Love how hanging lights free nightstand space. Maybe something less modern, though.

Directional vs flush mount (possibly directional).

Create a charging station. A plethora of devices need charging these days. Create a docking drawer with a hidden charge station so that you can keep your smartphones and iPads out of sight.

Q

Photo

Turn the outlet sideways. If wall outlets are your desired solution, install them sideways and closer to the counter for a less obtrusive profile than the common vertical orientation.

Q

I always ask clients if a toaster or a coffee maker will live on their counter. If so, I add a wall outlet behind that appliance since it will always be plugged in. Otherwise, the electrical cord will be visible as it dangles from the plug molding above. Remember to combine a mixture of outlets and plug molding into your design.

Q

Photo

Install undercabinet plug molding. One option for a clutter-free backsplash is to install plug molding beneath the wall cabinets.

Q

Photo

Figure out lighting around windows and beds. Install four prong outlets on each side (with our adjustable bed, lamps, phones, etc we use them!) Ask if it is safe to have long curtains hanging over outlets.

Great outlets if they stay current.

Put enough electrical in that unfinished attic (lightbulb, a few sockets), that I can use the space as a make-shift office. We will need it, and use it!!!
