Ideas For BJ
Fit in a shelf...Build out a wall. If you don’t have the option of recessed shelves, or if you want a larger shelf, you could have your installer construct a low false wall, in which the top surface serves as a ledge. The one here is at the perfect height for easy access, and the white tiles allow it to blend into the wall behind.
Want windows on east side of sunroom to go to the top of the couch back (a little lower than these windows), not below the couch back as it is hard to clean and to open the windows. We would like the windows on the south side (facing the lake) to go lower so we have a better view....perhaps like a foot off the floor? Or right to the floor? Thinkingit might be beat to match the height of the windows in the living room but also thinking of replacing those windows with less panes and lowering those windows.
Like this shower look....solid wall that doesn’t quite reach the ceiling, light in shower, controls easily accessible without getting wet (I’m a suck who likes to pre-heat my shower). Would like a window if possible. Also would like architect’s opinion on preparing walls of shower and beside toilet for ADA grab bars versus using studs or other if needed later.
Perfect false wall shelf same colour as other tiles so it disappears.”Fit in a shelf...Build out a wall. Like the Thick wood Pillars with stone at bottom....do not want the wood pillar to carry on up to support the glass railing on the deck. Want glass railing facing the lake and aluminum on the sides. Deck will not be covered for now (might do a retractible awning or pergola with retractible awning later).
Blue and grey tones in rock, siding and roof but wood stain looks nice still on the arches.
