Buy for wall next to entryway to laundry area from kitchen!!!!!
Would be awesome to have an inlet like this that we could hide when not in use. Not necessary but fun. Preference would be to have as many appliances readily available on the counter with a little door cover to keep them out of sight when not in use: blender, coffee maker, can opener(?), seed/bean grinder
LIKE: 1) CABINETRY: a) couple (or more?) glass-front cabinets, preferably FROSTED, non-patterned or vertical reed pattern glass. b) simple lines (but no farmhouse style) 2) Wood beams framing/defining kitchen. Preference: fine grain, non-painted wood like walnut — stained to match west wall paneling. 3) Flooring: a) shade of gray b) stone look c) preference: single shade of gray, not tans & grays as appears in this photo d) larger size tiles (I hate grout) — I also square-shaped tile. e) texture (we don’t want slick floors that may encourage slip-n-falls) 4) Countertops: a) LOVE the look of island (subtle gray veining) + dark gray sink counter b) dull, not shiny, finish 5) overall look of white cabinets w/ some wood accents in kitchen 6) Sink: a) NO large farmhouse sink. b) Prefer under-counter mount. c) Prefer 2 sinks: one ‘normal’ sink w/ a divider between 2 sinks and a single sink on island. 7) Stainless steel appliances (white may be ok, especially if stainless is ridiculously high-priced; no black) DON’T LIKE: 1) Light fixtures. Prefer lighter color, perhaps white George Nelson bubble lamps. 2) Farmhouse features.

Something to consider: a hidden range hood. However, this seems like it'll hike up the price, and we really don't NEED a hidden hood.

I like the dark slate-colored tile floor with the light/white countertop. I'm thinking we'll have a light gray (lighter than Mindful Gray) in the kitchen and on ceiling. I'm intrigued by this lighter color wood, but I'm not convinced yet.... BUT, still intrigued!
I like the colors: the wood with the gray and the white countertop w/ gray veining. I don’t want such obvious, thick gray veining. But I am leaning toward a white countertop with some gray veining. I like these colors together, but I’m just not quite sure what I want for my kitchen. I’m leaning toward a similar color wood cabinet, as of Feb 18, 2018.
Totally digging the wavy tile. I like the light gray color and the soothing flow of the waviness. I don’t like the obvious grain in these cabinetry. I like the pulls. I don’t like that shiny wallcovering above oven and stove. Yuck.

Love pulls. Cabinet texture is CLOSE to what I’d like (smooth, fine grain) but way too red. Love white counter. **I don’t like sharp corners on island top** Prefer softly rounded corners for safety purposes for children.
