This 2-level apartment in the Harrods Village development in Barnes, London, has a fantastic roof terrace and additional living area on top floor. It has been refurbished to a high standard with new kitchen and bathrooms. We used contemporary furniture - white boucle sofa, olive green armchairs and large artwork to present it in its best light and make it more appealing to potential tenants. To connect with a stunning spiral staircase we used an industrial stye dining table - black metal legs with wooden top, Bedroom were dressed in neutral beige colours with accents in green. The flat generated lot of interest and secured a tenant within the first month of coming to the market.
