Ristrutturare una casa vacanze Alessio B. ha una casa vacanze nel cuore di Roma, a pochi passi da Piazza del Popolo che necessitava di una ristrutturazione. Voleva creare un ambiente speciale, perfetto per accogliere turisti da tutto il mondo e offrire loro un'esperienza indimenticabile. Per questo progetto, pieno di sfide e soddisfazioni, abbiamo coinvolto attivamente Alessio in ogni scelta, al fine di ottenere una casa vacanze che rispecchiasse perfettamente la sua visione, definendo uno stile rispettoso degli elementi architettonici originali della casa, con un tocco di modernità. Grazie alla ristrutturazione, Alessio ha potuto aumentare significativamente il valore della proprietà e affittarla ad un prezzo più alto.

We know the world works in mysterious ways – we were reminded of this when two very distinct clients paired feature green subway tiles with a terrazzo looking floor tile AT THE SAME TIME with black tap ware and wooden vanities. We claim credit in the plumbing, carpentry, waterproofing and tiling, but not the design. Our preferred marine grade tiled shower base was installed onto substrate flooring. The vanity and bath plumbing were both reconfigured to suit the new layout. Plantation blinds have since been installed to round off this lovely bathroom.

We modernised the bathroom, replacing he bath with a walk-in shower, again using natural textures of wood and stone. We included a feature wall of terrazzo tiles for a contemporary twist.

Para el cuarto de baño se eligió un revestimiento con relieves en tonos grises en la zona de lavado y para el resto, azulejos lisos en el mismo tono. Siguiendo la línea decorativa del resto de la vivienda añadimos un mueble suspendido para aligerar el espacio en madera. La mampara y griferías en negras para darle el toque industrial que buscamos.
