Homebird StudioThis project was all about taking a tired, cluttered bathroom and turning it into a calm, design-led sanctuary. The original space was heavy on storage but lacked character, with dated cabinetry, fussy curtains, and no real sense of style or flow.
The new design strips everything back to a clean, modern canvas. We introduced soft neutral tiles in a handmade finish for texture, paired with a striking herringbone marble floor to elevate the look. A bespoke vanity with fluted detailing creates subtle movement, while the arched mirror framed by elegant wall lights adds depth and sophistication.
Brass fixtures were chosen throughout to bring warmth and a touch of luxury, from the concealed flush plate to the wall-mounted taps. The layered lighting (including the ceiling pendant) ensures this bathroom feels inviting both day and night.
To keep the design practical for everyday family life, we added bespoke built-in storage in the nook behind the door — the perfect hidden spot for all the family bathroom essentials (because beautiful doesn’t mean you can’t also be organised!).
The result? A contemporary, timeless bathroom that feels effortlessly stylish yet practical — the kind of space you’d actually look forward to starting your day in.

smarterBATHROOMS+The main bathroom housed a freestanding bath, with a floating wash plane basin housing cabinetry underneath and a mirrored cabinet with strip lighting behind to draw light to the textured tiles on the walls. Chrome tapware kept the minimal and conservative look to this bathroom, showcasing the bath, tiles and basin as the stand out features.

Refresh Renovations - SurreyThe slightly out-of-date en suite furnishings were replaced with cool, on-trend white marble tiles, and a brand new shower unit and toilet. Other details include a floating sink unit situated underneath a brand new vanity mirror.
Forty Four Construction LtdThe walk-in shower is a masterpiece of design, featuring rich emerald green subway tiles that create a striking contrast against the mural. The frameless glass enclosure offers a seamless look, allowing the beauty of the tiles and the mural to take center stage. A luxurious rain showerhead provides a spa-like experience, complemented by a handheld shower for added versatility.

VORBILD ArchitectureSleek and understated, these brushed brass controls add a sophisticated edge to the bathroom design. Paired with a minimalistic handset and set against a backdrop of soft-veined marble-effect tiles, the brass detailing elevates the tactile and visual appeal of the space.
