Hi, struggling to decide -

• size (currently specc’d as 2.5m x 1.5m)
• orientation
• position
• flat vs latern

My ocd is off the charts on this. My head says the rooflights should be orientated above the width of the likely dining area and (as much as possible) over the length island, however it’s been pointed out that this then makes overhead lighting a challenge and perhaps orientation for aesthetic reasons should be at right angles to what is underneath

Also I wanted lanterns to give the sense of height and space but concerned that too much glazing with mean glare… Any suggestions much appreciated
