i take it you are looking to replace the berber style rug that is there at present? What is your floor material? I think I would look for a pattern in the room colours like red, terracotta, grey and burnt orange. There are too many suppliers to recommend anyone. Its also very budget dependent. Be careful of pure wool if you think you might have moths. They feel amazing underfoot but might become damaged quite quickly as moths love them. I like all your choices so far.
thank you yes i would like to replace the one i have. Floor is i laminate ( looking like oak) I have a little one so I need to be able to spot clean:) . I am struggling with the color.
There are some beautiful orange/red Persian rugs for sale but they are pretty pricey as they are hand knotted and take months to create. However there are some rather nice faux Persian rugs available now that mimic the real thing very well. As they are very on trend, many homeware shops sell them now like Next, Dunelm and even The Range (last pic). John Lewis sell some lovely rugs from contemporary to traditional. Worth a look just for ideas. They will create a lovely warmth to the room.
