Light fitting query

The ceilings in my small bungalow are fairly low so do not lend themselves to chandelier-type light fittings. I have found a light I like that fits close to the ceiling. My query is can I use these in every room ie hall, dining room & lounge or will this be too much.

There are so many flush celing lights available now, chose different styles for different rooms. A pendant over the dining table always works well no matter the ceiling height. You can hang it quite low. Spotlights on a dimmer switch work better in a lounge as you usually have table lamps and floorlamps. Change it up a bit. I don't think using flush ceiling lights in every room is a problem as long as they are not all the same style. Keep them similar but not the same fitting. Think of different materials too. Glass, wicker style shades or metal.
