Advice for Kitchen/Dining/Utility Layout

Hi,


We're going to extend our bungalow. We'd love hear your advice on how to make it more efficient. I would love to have island and dining table in the kitchen. But do not want to make so busy. How would you design it. Also would it make sense to have 3 doors to utility/laundry/pantry room. We will be using that room quite often.


I would also love hear ideas about loft extension.
