Attic conversion stairwell positioning

Hi, Looking for some advice on the best positioning of a stairwell for an attic conversion without impacting too much on current layout. Current home layout attached. Main goal is to have 3 bedrooms. Current thoughts are... Hallway but it's only approx 1m wide, bedroom 2(but lose a bedroom) or move bathroom out back (but means building extension)🤷‍♀️. Thanks.

    Start stairs at cupboard and use shower room for wrap around stairs

    Ideal location for upstairs splitting for 2 Rooms

    Bedroom 2 can be Bathroom with Stacked Laundry Area
