Design Software Advice Please

Does anyone know of some software to help design room layout for an extension. Exterior walls are set & we need to design the interior now. Sort where walls are going etc as it has all changed since original plan due to finding a steel that has to stay & the wall supporting it does as well.

Ideally a free one but if necessary could pay a one month subscription or something if it doesn't cost too much.

    Live Home 3D is quite good as a basic design - easy to navigate and you can use their furniture to get a sense of the space also
