Is it possible to achieve streak free windows? We're still dealing with the clean up from builders muck and kitchen fitters saw dust so probably a few rounds away from truly clean. But we get a lot of afternoon sun and so far have never managed streak free. What are your tip tips please.
Achieving streak-free windows is definitely possible, even after a big cleanup like yours. Start by using the right tools, like a good squeegee and microfiber cloth. Clean from top to bottom, wetting the window first and then squeegeeing from the top down.
Use a solution of water and vinegar or a mild detergent. Dry the edges with a dry microfiber cloth to prevent streaks. Avoid cleaning windows in direct sunlight, as this can cause the solution to dry too quickly.
