Extraction for south east asian cooking - Advice needed

Hi all,

We have a kitchen-living space which is approx 8000 x 5000. I am planning on having a 900mm hybrid gas & induction hob on the island.

Any advice on best extraction hood for south east asian cooking which will remove smells effectively AND not be an eye sore.

I would love to have the Bora but nervous about the efficiency of it with pungent cooking.

    The Bora does boast a 100% clean rate but you could have an additional ceiling extractor too.

    If you have to choose one the Bora is better IMHO

    Hi Komal,

    our BORA Classic 2.0 can have a mixture of Induction & gas. .. you can also have tepan cooktop, wok cooktop & also a third cooktop can be added.

    The system is super efficient & will more than cope with south asian cooking.
