The rainfall showers are not powerful, instead they give a gentle spray of water, like washing your hair in gentle rain. I have a rainfall shower with 3 settings: the rainfall setting, the standard setting which gives a more intense jet and 3-jet massager. I suggest you find a bathroom showroom that allows you to try out the different jets, so you can decide which suits best.

If you have a pressurised system (2+bars) then you will not have an issue with the rainfall showers. A gravity based system on the other hand will not work for most modern systems.
