Have you considered composite decking?

This product is man-made and has been created to have the aesthetic of wood decking with some superpowered characteristics that avoid some of the disadvantages of wood decking

Composite decking also has anti-slip properties built into its surface layer. Our Alpha Deck Composite Decking has a UV coating and stabiliser added to the composite so it won’t fade in the sun.

Composite decking is warp-free, so fluctuations in temperatures or long periods of harsh weather will not affect the composite decking. It is also very easy to clean and resistant to staining. If there is a red wine or BBQ related spillage, clean the area initially with some warm water, and then lightly scrub with warm soapy water

Have you ever considered a real interesting eye catching piece of art work to really brighten up an area, I think a select piece of art would really make the space stand out, add interest, colour, texture and add a great talking point to the room.... As you've got the Abbey Road sign, why not make it a music corner? Perhaps a Beatles inspired / Sixties monochrome scheme. You could get a musical notes design printed on an outdoor canvas for the wall, or a sail & hang over to create shade. Perhaps some instrument outlines on the wall. Planting could be black & white with pops of colour. A decorative white chair & outdoor rug would look inviting. Or you could even paint boards b&w stripes like the zebra crossing!

A few things I would change from experience...instead of a single and double door I would spend the extra money and put in a bifold corner section...would open up the space so much more. as for the kitchen...completely flip your design...put your breakfast bar closer to the window...make it large and multipurpose with the hob in it and then put your main band of cabinets either left, right or behind? We have recently restructured our existing cabinets to this layout and put in new countertops and it works far better than before!

I want an elegant,classy living room that is not very feminine. I love brown and cream. I can’t buy new couches, furniture, or area rugs. The area rug is new. So I have to figure out how to rearrange what I have. my first task is to fill the area bellow the oval black mirror. And then the decorations. I’m wondering if there are too many tables and If so, what should replace them?Please let me know what works, or what other ideas you have for the room. the bottom picture is what I first started with, so it has come a long way already!!
