Cabinet Pulls, different projections
I’m considering the Waterstreet Brass Port Royal pulls or the Alno Charlie Collection.
I have varying cabinet drawer widths from 14” to 27”.
I’d like to use a 6” pull on the ones 18”
And under and an 8” pull on the 22” and over drawers. My hesitation is that the 8” pulls have a projection of 2”, almost 1/2 an inch deeper than the 6” pulls. Will these look awkward side by side?
The 6” and the 8” from the sample board is pictured below. Behind them is the 12” appliance pull.
Waterstreet does not label the 8” pull as an appliance pull but Alno does name their 8” pull an appliance pull.

Comments (13)I'd paint white the TV wall in oder to make it visually higher and to hide the white color of the door, now the dark color under lines that it is rather low and different from two main doors color and height of third one. I like brown FP wall, it works good with sofas and will attract eyes visually raising the ceiling above TV furniture. And one more thing I'd think about: the 1-st photo shows that there are too much unconnected different heights (doors, mirror, TV furniture, FP wall, ceiling). Definitely some heights are needed to be connected. I'd put lower the mirror and the shelf above FP so that the TV furniture and the mirror up lines were the same height. To bring more colors into the room as it was mentioned above I'd pick up some colors from the art work for cushions and curtains....See Morewould love to here your opinion
Comments (16)Personally, I would rather not have the space between ceiling and tall units - would take units right up to ceiling. Something just doesn't sit right with me with regard to spacing- in particular the very small space to the left of the hob. Like others I feel there are too many colours and would have had the island in a grey - but I love the colours of the walls. I like the shelf - but not pushed in the corner like that!! One of the first things that caught my eye was the different colours of door and window frames in the house- I would have kept them all the same.... Not going to mention the stools!!!! I love the rounded units and would have opted to have rounded edges on the island to be in keeping, personally. Finally, this all sounds rather picky but we all know it is down to personal taste and overall it looks very nice. Comments (12)I do love drainpipe grey but particularly love it with the contrast of white marble countertop and a white Belfast sink. With wooden countertops I love the blue greys and greys with a hint of green. Your kitchen is already looking gorgeous so maybe you'd prefer a lighter grey like Farrow and Ball French gray, lamp room gray or blue gray as the photos below. 7 years agoI had some wider drawers in my kitchen too. I went with 6 5/16” pulls for the wider drawers and 5” for the smaller. There’s about a 1/4” difference in the projection and I don’t notice it at all. This section of cabinets have the wider pulls in the middle and smaller in the ends. The white cabinet in the background also has the bigger pulls

Both the white and blue drawers with the 6 5/16 pulls are 30”. I have another set next to the stove that are 33” with the same size pulls. The smaller pulls are on the cabinets to the right
