The Phantom of The...

So, we've been asked to design cabinetry for a giant house in Manhattan (best location). 3 kitchens and other cabinetry.
Interestingly, nobody knows who the client is (all going through lawyers) and we are not allowed to take pictures or even give out the address.
One day, the workers see several police cars on the street - they closed the entire block, the customer comes out of a car, takes a quick tour of the work, approves it and then takes off...
We are still guessing who we did the job for... - any ideas?

Didn't the workers see who it was?

The secrecy will end when they move in, if anybody gets a look at them. They certainly want their privacy, and are entitled to it.

Probably a high-level politician who needs security. Governor Cuomo, maybe? Former President? I don't imagine Hollywood or music celebrities get police escorts, but I could be wrong.
