Hello,
I really like the kitchen style. The cabinet handles are not too massive and modern. Can you tell me the brand and the size of the handles.

Thank you! The handles are the "Top Knobs M1158 Asbury 5-1/16" Square Bar Pull, Brushed Satin Nickel".

Hi Odette! Have you had any progress with decorating? Hanging a mirror could be good in terms of light reflection and making a space seem bigger than it is. You should probably think of the floor covering in the overall plan as a light colour or dark colour may have an impact on whether you choose a light or dark colour for the worktop. Two different worktops, one on the island and one on the rest of the units might look well too. I like timber for an island but only if you don't need the worktop to be heat resistant and it's not near the sink. We've picked a dark grey for our island and will probably choose an off white worktop with a vein in it to contrast with it. Good luck with your decisions!

Polished chrome or chrome handles

In a bit of a dilemma on whether to go for polished chrome or chrome kitchen kindles. The kitchen is a contemporary shaker kitchen (not installed yet), with units on one side painted in F and B blackened and island in Hague blue. Ovens are Neff with polished chrome handles. Quooker ordered in chrome. Hubbie likes the chrome as they’re shiny and bright but I’m wondering should we be matching with oven handles or does it really matter? If we go polished chrome to match the oven, do I need to change the quooker to polished chrome too? Would value any opinions.

1930s semi d - new front door type and colour?

Need to change the front door on our house, 1939 semi d. Any thoughts / suggestions on colour or type of doors? I've mocked up a solid wood effect composite, seemingly all new door companies recommend using handles (better lock mechanisms). The finger pull door lock mechanisms can get stuck. I'm not mad on the handle but. I've attached pictures of the house, close up of the door (ignore the decorations!) and the mock up of the door / colour. (We're planning on painting the second door to the left the same colour as the walls / match the new door colour)
