Renovate or blank slate? When the Warrick family decided they needed a playroom for their little girl, instead of renovating an old space, they opted to start from scratch with an extension.
What they got is an incredibly functional space whose brickwork fits in perfectly with the rest of the neighbourhood. What do you think?
