Materials needed to glue this walpaper

I noticed some wall papers are peel and stick, some have glue adhered that needs to be moistened, while others may use a powder form that I would add water to, and then brush the glue on the wall. How does this product adhere?

    In this case, you have to aplly the glue on the wall. Sincerely
