Is this pricing a typo or a mistake? Is it really around $15/sq ft for this engineered hardwood (average prices $3 - $6/sq ft)? I see it listed around $3700 for a 250 sq ft box. Please clarify.

Good Afternoon Noretroactivechange - Yes, we do make high quality engineered flooring that is around $15/sf - especially Rift & Quartersawn. I would love to discuss the Carlisle Difference with you sometime so you can see how different our flooring is from the $3-$6/sf flooring that you are use to.

As for this floor, right now it is $9.74/sf for a total of $2,435.00
