Is this pricing a typo or a mistake? Is it really around $15/sq ft for this engineered hardwood (average prices $3 - $6/sq ft)? I see it listed around $3700 for a 250 sq ft box. Please clarify.

As for this floor, right now it is $9.74/sf for a total of $2,435.00
