Gorgeous home. Wondering if my eyes are deceiving me, or if I'm seeing great grids/frame to the windows upstairs and white grids/frame downstairs?

Would you also be able to provide me with the window manufacturer? Great inspiration for a project that we're doing. Your time is appreciated

Thanks for the questions. The upper and lower window frames are painted the same color. There were three suppliers for windows. I do not have the manufactures information available. The suppliers were Quantum Windows and Doors: 800-287-6650. Hulls Nor Cal Windows and Doors: 707-538-3866. Hopes Windows Inc: 716-665-5124. Hope this helps.

Have you thought of combining treatments? We do a lot of Hunter Douglas shades for privacy and light control coupled with stationary panels to give softness and luxury to the treatment. Combining textures such as woven woods provides interest both inside and out. Stationary panels allow you to have the soft treatments you want without worrying about the needed room for stack-back when the drapery is open.

Oceanview7 this is the show house images my house is only being built won't be ready until the summer I have visions for mine which i have purchased already and is Nothing like the show house image I think the whole room is awful doesn't do the size of room any justice ! But I was thinking along the lines of yourself with the blinds I've seen a lot of them have put roman blinds but I'd prefer to be different
