Garage Organization

Daughter purchased 1950's 940SF ranch style home with 1 car garage. Next project is to tear out past insults and start fresh for wall hung storage. Slatwall vs. pegboard vs. wall hung systems. Cost is a factor and car will probably not be in garage. Appreciate any ideas/feedback on best economical way to proceed.

    We have a 3 car garage with the Gladiator System. It's completely customizable to how many you want on a wall system or on the floor or if you want a short work bench, etc. We've had it for 5 years. I purchased the system myself as a gift and my husband does like it very much.

    Here is a smaller mock up of something for a smaller garage.
