What is the sq footage please and where is the laundry room located?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the question and I'm happy to help. The square footage of the house is just under 2,500 Sq. Ft. The laundry room is next to the garage on this plan. The man door that you see on the garage, if you walk in, roughly 6 ft. back from it and turn to the right is the laundry room. In front of the laundry room is an office, so that window you see next to the man door most likely, and behind it is a bedroom.
