House build in Ireland

Hi guys,
I'm a mother of a two year old and a 6 month old and my husband and I are planning to build our house in the next couple of weeks. I've attached the plans if anyone has any inspirational ideas or images for my new home.. Obviously, we've ideas ourselves but other opinions are always welcome. Where it says sitting room that will probably be a playroom for the first couple of years. I don't think I have that interior designer mode so ideas would be lovely..Just one q; should we have a sink in the utility/mudroom or the laundry room..
