Vacant space

What to do with this space?
We will have a 3 metre vacant space when the island is properly positioned.
I will be keeping the island as it is as I do not want to change or add to it.
This is an open plan kitchen/dining/living area.
Was thinking of putting a wingback chair,a floor lamp and a side table along the window?
