Love this counter. What is the color and name of it?

I am looking for a large piece of granite for an island with these colors in it. What is the measurements of the largest piece it comes in? Also I am in Flower Mound, Tx. Where are you located? Thank you! Margaret Melton

It is Orion or Kosmos granite and it is leathered. 120" is the average size of a slab.

Farrow & Ball do a lovely colour with an awful name - Elephants Breath - it is a very warm grey that works well with purple. I use it a lot in projects where furniture is to be up-cycled and it always gives great results. Prep the bureau and undercoat the areas you are painting with white first then two coats of the Elephants Breath. The photos show it used to paint built in wardrobe in a master suite, an orange pine headboard and footboard and a sideboard before and after.

Thanks Hayley. I have a mahogany-surround fireplace and another two seater tan sofa on the opposite side of the room. The sofa in the picture is huge and seats about 8 people. It takes up a lot of the room and the colour dominates the room. I suppose I'm looking for something to brighten the room, but name it feel cosy at the same time

I'd hold off painting your table. Do all your painting first. I'm suggesting this because I think it helps to balance the room out to have some of that wood tone on the other side. A compromise would be to leave the top alone and paint everything else. Also. Get rid on any red accents, de-clutter the counter (so you can see your new backsplash and also get some pretty dishes in the blue/green color and put them in the cabinet with the glass doors. Also get new dish towels to hang on oven door handle. Please post some pics when you get done-excited!

You really don't have any color scheme going on in here. I do see a gold range so I worked around that. Here are some ideas of colors you could add . I'm not crazy about accent walls, but you do need to add color to at least one of your walls - be it intense or even just a tint of color: Sherwin Williams Jetstream Sherwin Williams Sprout Sherwin Williams Composed I also added in a white or off white (or you could do color) back splash over your stove and counters. Once you have some color then you can add window dressings. I suggest roman shades, which you can get in many patterns and colors. Then find some art work that compliments your new colors - check on art.com, Overstock.com or Wayfair.com.
