What color grout should I use for my kitchen backsplash? White, light grey, medium grey, or dark grey? Thanks! (We will be putting the house on the market soon - if that makes any difference.)
I'd go with either a medium gray like #386 Oyster Gray or #19 Pewter which is more medium/ dark. Both of these are colors from Custom Building Products. Good luck!
And consider painting the bit of lower wall between the cabinets the same as the wooden cabinets. I like the wrapped tile backsplash (where would you stop it?) but the bottom colored wall is a bit jarring. Nice job!
Light or medium grey grout and definitely paint out that bit of wall at the corner below the tile. It should be white to match the tile/cabinets so it disappears more.
I agree with the others. A medium grey to complement the counter and walls would look wonderful and be easier to keep clean. Consider the grouts that have a little acrylic added (like mapei) for cleanability. I would also recommend painting the lower portion of the walls that show below the tile a white to match your cabinets.
