check with a local metal working shop who does iron railings. They will likely be able to laser cut metal in any design or at least refer you to someone who does. I have a source in North Carolina, US if that helps. Or google "Laser Cut metal screens." Most of the results seem to be custom but here's a title that looks like they are going to do some mass production http://artisanpanels.com
