They are likely to be bespoke, made to measure for the individual job, etc. that's what we do for all our kitchens.

You would be able to find a similar style at any of the major kitchen suppliers but a purpose designed installation will have a much better quality.

Are you redesigning your whole kitchen or just replacing old units?

Does the plywood change colour over time, e.g. go yellow/darker?

I think I would have one set off steps down and move the dividing presses to the side where your sink is, making it a peninsula. That would make for a nice L shaped banquette seating area where your blank wall is, and the gallery backdrop would be great there. You could also have a nice long table as opposed to the small square one. I also hope you don't mind me saying that I think you need to reconsider the placement of your hob. It's right beside a door which will be awkward and you have your back to the room when entertaining. You will have such a nice kitchen that you should make the most of it for entertaining. Even you consider putting it on the island facing the dining area?

A medium color floor is easier to keep looking clean than a dark or light floor. For an open floor plan, I would choose planks. One of the main features in the design of an open floor plan is to draw the eye through the space. A herringbone pattern would be confusing to the eye. Use herringbone in a small room.
