Producing sub par furniture with sub par customer service. When we received a damaged table probably because of inadequate packaging they seemed to ignore the emails to return and refund! Not one response when we requested collection and refund. Ended up applying for a chargeback with the bank. We still have the table in its original packaging but they have yet to arrange collection or acknowledge us whatsoever!
