Extremely disappointed in this “building” experience. The experience started out great with Scott more than willing to meet us at different lots and working with us step by step throughout the process. They have a $5000 design downpayment that they require. Once you pay that, the service goes from great to horrible. We finalized building plans with the expectation it was starting the following summer. After getting everything finalized, we did not hear back from them for 7 MONTHS!! No follow up emails or updates or anything. Complete silence. This was AFTER the time we were already supposed to start building. Upon this happening, we met with the owner and described our building experience who agreed with us that this was an absolutely horrible experience. Little did he know, this was actually his company who provided the experience. To rectify it, he decided to break his design agreement and give us the design plans to take to another builder but of course would not break it so we can get our money back. Very apparent they are only in it for the money. Horrible, horrible experience. There are plenty of builders in the area that are not just trying to rip clients off. Avoid Everest at all costs!!!

Chad and the Everest team are absolutely top-notch. SO glad I didnt go with another builder. Not only are they professional, but they are genuinely interested in completing quality work, and doing it to your satisfaction. Their contractors are the same as well - every time on site they were professional and even asked for our thoughts on things while we were there. Others worry about building a home and checking on it every day. We did a complete demo of a home and garage, built both new 4 hours away, and checked on it every couple weeks and it turned out beautiful. Neighbors cant stop commenting how fast, clean and well done the whole job was. Cant say enough - GO WITH EVEREST!
