About Us

Established in 1978 DLH inc has built its reputation on quality construction and quick project timelines. For DLH, building is a finely orchestrated collaboration between contractor, client, architect, designer, subcontractors and suppliers. Utilizing tightly coordinated schedules and overlapping subcontractor trades has enabled DLH to complete projects months ahead of our competition. DLH specializes in residential new homes and remodels, light commercial, and green construction as a member of Built Green. We are also highly experienced in tenant improvements and estate maintenance. Contour Woodworks, our cabinet division, fabricates custom casework, millwork and furniture. DLH operates from its 17,400 sf building that houses our offices, operations warehouse, and our Contour Woodworks cabinet operations.

As an architect, DLH Inc has built multiple projects for my clients over the years. Dick, Seth, Jason, and their team have earned my highest recommendation for their professionalism, craftsmanship, project management, scheduling, and cost forecasting. Our projects together have ranged from very small one-room remodels to complex whole house renovations on parcels difficult to access. Every project, regardless of size or budget, receives the same high level of service. Their pricing is competitive, and they are confident with their cost estimating -- enabling them to work on a fixed-price basis. This is a rare find in the world of remodeling, and it is a tremendous benefit to the homeowner. Highly recommended!
