I have a contract with Design Appruv to design and get the building permit for a new custom home with pool 4000sqft and 3 car garage. In the beginning they made some quick progress, however with some error that I requested to be corrected. Then all of a sudden all employees left the company and it looks like Seth is the only one remaining. Since one year now he has done absolutely NOTHING! I have requested several times to correct the errors on the drawings but they did nothing. I paid them more than $40k and all I have now are a few CAD files with some errors. I would not recommend to take up any project with him.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life because of the owner Seth Voiron. It is not worth even one star. He wasted A LOT of my money and time.

Design Appruv went above and beyond designing and permitting the blueprints for my 1200 foot Accessory Dwelling Unit on my property in Temecula. This is going to be my house while I rent the main house so I was pretty set on what I wanted. My team of designers took several sketches and tons of pictures I provided them and gave me so many options I was overwhelmed during the design process - things I didn't even think about! Every design meeting was so much information at once and they did the best they could to walk me through each design they provided. This is my first ever construction project so I was at a loss how to make sure it fit my budget. After speaking with their contractor referrals I wasn't able to get my dream la cantina door in the kitchen but Design Appruv suggested two oversized large sliding doors to help keep to my budget. There were many other things they helped with to save on cost like the skylights, walls outside and using a different air conditioner. The only thing (not to the fault of Design Appruv) was the timeline associated with permitting. We submitted plans in mid Spring of 2021 and I received an approved building permit January of 2022 which was almost an 9 month wait. The permit team was on top of it and also provided me the contact information for permitters but it had to have been a response after every 5 emails. All in all, Design Appruv did what they could through the nonsense and it was nice that I wasn't in a rush! I would highly recommend hiring Design Appruv as they kept me in the loop, was super friendly and helpful while designing my backyard dream house!

Design Appruv is the go to company for architectural design projects. Seth and his team are professional and responsive through the process from idea to building permits. Something that stands out the most is the resourcefulness on challenging projects. Highly recommended!

We used Design Appruv for two projects: 1) A large backyard and deck renovation and 2) ADU for over our garage. For both projects, Seth and his team (we worked with Jason) have been amazing....very responsive, very efficient and provided plans that exceeded our expectations.
