JT Garden & Grounds Maintenance

My Name is John Tuohy and I am the owener of JT Garden & Grounds Maintenance which is based just outside Tipperary town. I have had a passion for horticulture from a very young age and has grown with me ever since while in secondary school. I worked part time in my local nurseries Dundrum nurseries. From that I went on to study horticulture in Kildalton College in 2008 after which I took a small break and came back stronger in the maintenance sector in general. Since then, I have been a grounds man in the country’s biggest racing yard which was a great experience. From there, went on to be a grounds foreman with one of the countrys leading landscaping companies which in-turn gave me the motivation to go out on my own.
