Tierney Kitchens

Very positive experience having kitchen installed. From kitchen planner Kieran Burns, project manager Ciarán Moloney and kitchen fitter Radú, nothing too much trouble for them. All queries answered, all problems sorted. Very glad I chose Tierney and would highly recommend them. John kavanagh

Do Yourself a favour and steer well clear. Their focus is more on getting your money than delivering what they promise. You have to pay the full amount upfront!!! Kitchen installed in July, parts missing, partially installed. Still waiting for them to fix the items that they have botched. We are now at the end of November and they are still messing around. Customer service is non-existent. Obviously no communication internally and management obviously cannot organise the business. The worst experience that I have ever had and I would consider myself a very reasonable person to deal with.

We are delighted with our fabulous new kitchen. Terry was so helpful with ideas and suggestions. He was so professional and made the whole process so much easier. Their showrooms are beautiful and you can easily visualize how your kitchen will look. we were kept informed of dates and times for the guys to come and take out our old kitchen and how long we would be waiting to get the new kitchen installed. The kitchen was fitted in two days. We got our worktop from Egan Stone and got Terry's recommendation for this company. They were fantastic. Tierneys took our old kitchen away which was great. On the day the kitchen was finished Keith called to inspect it and make sure that everything was perfect. There were a few minor issues and they were dealt with straight away. I would highly recommend Tierneys Kitchen .

[ ] We’ve built a lovely big extension in our house, i’m a tradesman, i’ve done it all myself from digging it out to Plastering and decorating, my wife wanted a certain style kitchen to finish off our project, my wife ended up getting a design done by them anyway and the salesman was very professional, after comparing other quotes we decided to go with Tierney, that is where the bad experience starts, initial design didn’t add up, he scaled incorrectly off the plans, the surveyor changed most of the plan to supposedly fit, they then take full payment before delivery. On delivery 1/2 the kitchen was missing, 4 weeks of stress for my wife and hundreds of phone calls and emails later we still haven’t recieved all the doors for our island, we have paid for a corner unit to be built and dismantled twice as they are so incompetent they keep sending the wrong one, we’re now waiting for no 3, they have sent a 400bin unit to fit a 600 door and it wobbles all over the place, they say we have to pay extra for the correct one even though they designed it!!! Handles were wrong, we’ve had to pay for extra support on our quartz island, not mentioned in quote, I could go on, useless customer services, no one takes responsibility, if we had a euro for each apology we’d be rich, absolute joke of a company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR KITCHEN, ALL STYLE NO SUBSTANCE. Very, very disappointed.

From the moment I went in to Tierney Kitchens the Service was fantastic , Kieran helped us choose the right kitchen and noting was a problem .. I had to wait a couple of months due to covid but the communacation via watts app was excellent . Tomas and another guy fitted the kitchen they where so professional again noting was a problem , it’s fitted a few weeks now and I’m over the moon with it the end result its fantastic and looks amazing I have recommended this company and my sister in law who is now getting hers fitted ..10/10 all round Thanks for everything Ciara

Bought our kitchen 9 years ago from tierney kitchens still looks like new . Dishwasher door broke and rang , had a new one 2 weeks later fitted by Keith . Great after care service would highly recommend. Linda Mahon

From the moment we arrived at the showroom , I knew our kitchen would be special . Our designer Terry had the vision and could put everything we wanted into our fabulous new kitchen . We could add anything that came to mind and the plans of the kitchen always accommodated our requests . A friend said our new kitchen is very restful and that describes it beautifully. I smile every time I walk into the kitchen . It is better than I could ever have imagined . Our island is amazing and the configuration of everything around it is perfect . Small snags were dealt with immediately by Keith who was so pleasant and helpful as was Elaine who made sure everything went smoothly. I absolutely love our new kitchen , can’t believe the difference. Staying at home was a pleasure in these strange times as I got to enjoy our beautiful kitchen . Thank you

A friend of ours recommended Tierney Kitchens to us, we were not disappointed. They have a fabulous showroom, it is designed really well, we had our own ideas but you will get inspiration from their showroom. The staffs are very warm & friendly. On our visit, we had a good look around the showroom; they actually send someone out to measure the kitchen before our design. Our designer was Joanne; she has worked there for over 15 years. She listened to what we wanted; she brought us around the showroom to show examples or what they could do, really professional. We were delighted with our design of our new in-frame kitchen. We signed off on our second visit with Joanne. We were then appointed a Project Manager Ray, who is there for over 20 years, he confirmed dates & explained when the fitters would be out. The first team arrived out & took our old kitchen away. The next day two fitters arrived on time, they took two & a half days to fit the kitchen. They done an excellent job, Ray our watchful project manager was on sight, if there was anything needed he would be on to the factory. They did a fabulous job. Two weeks after the fit Elaine from customer services arrived out with a box of chocolates & flowers to ask were we happy with everything, what a lovely touch. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen & have not hesitation in recommending Tierney Kitchens.

We dealt with Joanne for our project,she was a pleasure to deal with and you can see that her many years of experience with Tierney’s have provided her with a knowledge that we found in no other kitchen companies we had dealt with. Once we had ordered our kitchen with Joanne,we were then introduced to Tierney’s customer service representative Elaine and project manager Keith who were both excellent and made the project run very smoothly and not forgetting Richard and Tom who did a great job installing our new kitchen.
