Our experience with RCD design was a pleasure from start to finish. We were keen for a space themed nursery for our baby son. Rosemarie showed great skill and expertise throughout the project and transformed the room into a fabulous nursery with ideas that we could never have dreamed up. We were stuck on a design for an awkwardly shaped extension for our kitchen and Rosemarie's Houzz profile caught my eye so I contacted her. It's a few months later and not only is the space and shape of kitchen in it such a soothing fit, but the kitchen itself is so wonderful and a beautiful place to be. Rosemarie suggested a kitchen positioning that I initially couldn't visualise. Now in real life, we have gained space, better lighting and protection from excess heat as a result of her foresight. Rosemarie's design has also given us flexibility for the future in terms of options to change things around down the line. I knew we wanted something very natural, Japandi style, biophilic and practical. We came out the other side with a beautiful, authentic and high quality kitchen. Thank you Rosemarie.

We are delighted with the final result of our bedroom renovation. Rosemarie guided us through the entire process from facilitating our ideas, inspiring us with mood boards that reflected us and connecting us with quality craftsmanship. She was creative in sourcing, with knowledge of where to get great value and where to invest in quality. Her great communication throughout also made it all a very enjoyable experience. Our bedroom is transformed.

Rosemarie came recommended to us by family friend. Upon Meeting Rosemarie I found her to be very friendly yet so professional. She was very attentive and a great listener. We had just bought our home in Greystones and we were looking for a nautical look but with a bit of edge. Rosemarie was able to bring it all together for us. The colour scheme she picked for the living and kitchen was amazing. She recommended a carpenter who did a great job on the shelving and gave us an extensive list on where to get some nice pieces of furniture to bring it all together. She also showed us where to hang pictures/mirrors to maximise space and light. I was living abroad and wanted to have my apartment redecorated before I returned to live in Ireland by someone who would also oversee the project in my absence. I found Rosemarie's site online and was impressed by her portfolio. We made contact and met up in person and from there on, the project was managed almost exclusively online. I had a long wishlist and an accumulation of furniture and objects which were to be incorporated into the final design. Not being able to see any of this in real life, Rosemarie took on board all the information, requested photos and measurements and carried them with her when looking for paint and wallpaper, and sent updates of ideas that we could then discuss together. She told me upfront that my proposed budget would not cover the amount of work I wished to do, which gave me the option to change the budget or the works, which made things clear right from the beginning. She works with a team of very talented craftspeople - carpenters, electricians and decorators. She worked alongside plumbers and flooring companies and took delivery of electrical goods and light fittings. She juggled all their timetables so that each one could complete their part on time to allow the next to continue. She kept me updated with what was happening on a given day and sent me regular photos of works in progress. She was very adaptable and open to suggestions, but let me know if any of my ideas wouldn't work. She would think over any issue and always come back later with a good suggestion on how it could be solved. It was a pleasure working with Rosemarie. She was very supportive and available, very talented at what she does. She managed it all for me on a practical level and her artistic side created a home that delights me every day. I am really thrilled with how my home looks and that my wishlist was very much taken on board.

Doing any work on your home is very stressful, but doing it alone is very daunting and can be overwhelming! RCD design made life so much easier . Rosemarie of RCD design was a pleasure and very professional to work with. Between surveys and drawings she achieved what I was looking for . She achieved a better layout in my kitchen dining area ,making it a bigger more user friendly space. My sitting room is now a space I love which before I rarely used. She provided the colour schemes, coordinating trades people, joiners etc to implement the work. There are so many options out there to go to for kitchens,lighting,furniture etc,I went to loads but just couldn’t make up my mind or visualise or create what I thought I wanted. This is what Rosemarie achieved for me. She has wonderful taste and style and a little bit of “ je ne sais quoi” Rosemarie is lovely to work with, and thanks to her I simply love my home.

I was struggling to come up with a plan to reinstate my apartment following a fire, I asked Rosemarie to come up with a design plan. From the moment I saw Rosemarie’s design ideas I realised she had fully grasped my brief and the unique challenges of the dated apartment layout. I could not have been happier with her design solutions and with full faith in Rosemarie I got my contractors to move swiftly on the reinstatement. I was even more delighted when we finally finished the project and the ideas had come to fruition. My once dated, tired apartment is now breathing new life and compares favourably with any modern luxury apartment. We hired Rosemarie to help redesign our kitchen/dining room/small family living space and toilet. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn’t sure how to bring it all together. After meeting Rosemarie and going through my ideas she came back to us with 3 different drawings/options. The one we went with had a completely different layout to what I had planned and I’m now so glad that we did. The space was entirely transformed and feels like a totally different room. The whole process was made so much easier with her as she provided drawings, kitchen quotes and mood boards for the different areas. On top of this she answered the hundreds of questions I had while always considering my personal style and how we needed the room to function. We’re so delighted with the end result and would highly recommend her.

Rosemarie from RCD Design, I wish to thank you for all your hard work with the interior design for my new home. When we came close to the time to get the keys for the house, I felt very anxious at the thought of sourcing curtains for all the windows, where to start looking for fabric, measuring and finding a curtain maker! Which shop would cater to my taste in furniture and finally, the budget? As soon as Rosemarie came on board however, she made me feel at ease. She was honest, helpful and extremely professional. She really listened and so understood what I was looking for in my new home. She provided a complete service; from measuring every inch of my house and providing drawings and interior schemes for all the rooms, to coming out with me to the shops and choosing specific fabrics, wallpapers, paints and furniture pieces. Rosemarie was a great help in decorating our new house. She was always approachable and worked with us instead of working on her own ideas. The best thing is her compassionate client centred approach . We had a small budget for interior design and she was very flexible around that. It was wonderful to work with Rosemarie. We were taking over a new penthouse, and we did not have a sense for how to best set up the space with a Scandinavian design. She was very consultative and asked us for the styles that we liked and aligned with what we wanted to go with. When I bought the apartment last year, the original interior looked very bland and aged. I came into contact with Rosemarie, provided my budget limitations and requirements, and she went onto create an amazing design. The design for the kitchen, living room, dining room, hallway, bedroom and office was supported by drawings and photos. As part of the project work, she contacted all vendors to do the work and worked around my own schedule to complete it. The results are amazing! From a bland and aged interior, it now looks like an elegant and luxurious apartment that simultaneously has a very homely feel to it.
