I was very impressed with Sarah right from my first phonecall She sounded most professional and down to earth. On our first meeting she laid out exactly what she could offer and how she could enhance the Victorian house with her staging down to the finest detail. Sarah had plenty of time to talk and left us feeling in safe hands. She then followed up her ideas with a full written inventory for each room. When the staging happened it was every bit as good as she stated .The large furniture sat perfectly in the high ceilinged rooms and the small accessories overall ambience.... Thankfully the potential buyers were suitable impressed.

Before I engaged with Staging Your Home for Sale, I was deeply concerned how long it would take & obviously how much we would get for a 3bed semi - detached house that had been rented for 22 years. After engaging Sarah to decorate my 1850’s cottage in Enniskerry for sale at the end of January 2024, I can highly recommend her work and professional service. The house is petite, quirky and needed some imagination from a viewer to understand its full potential. I had read some of Sarah’s features in the Irish Independent explaining the challenges and areas to accentuate when staging period properties and her reflections rang true to my own experience of decorating the house. When Sarah arrived at the property for our initial meeting, Sarah was warm, professional and positive about the challenges a quirky house with an unusual layout presented. The house was not adequately furnished and had sustained some damage from a previous occupant. She made me a plan and we discussed my target buyer to decide what approach any decoration should take. After Sarah returned her quote it was a no brainer for me. With my own background in film production design I understand the costs associated with Sarah’s work and the quote seemed absolutely reasonable. As the house was practically unfurnished when she arrived, the effort and outlay she saved me in trying to illustrate the scale and value was already huge before sale. Sarah gave me a list of preparatory work that was clear and concise and when she arrived with her team (and two vans!) to carry out the staging it was done within a day. The finished result had everything considered down to the last detail, completely changed the look and feel of the house and fully illustrated the potential of the property. During the sale it attracted my target demographic of buyers and we went sale agreed within 6 weeks of going on the market. Throughout the process, Sarah remained in touch and was a great support to me.
