I am an interior designer who hired Mr. Kevin King to measure and install a project. Kevin assured me of his knowledge and familiarity with the product. He installed the treatments so inadequately (stringing the cords backwards, unleveled, and even put the handle on upside down). He assured the home owner that the treatments just needed to be used and promised to return to attend to any unresolved issues. When contacting Kevin he stated he no longer wanted to be involved and gave me the name of another installer. He was paid in full and will not take any responsibility or answer my calls or texts. Kevin King is a smooth talker who pretends to be so trustworthy and offers promises that he does not intend to keep. I have been in the window treatment business for 23 years and have met such a con-artist. Do NOT use KEVIN KING or his one man company Casual Blinds!
