Good Wood Flooring

Absolutely awful experience with Dermot. We have had nothing but stress since our floors were fitted by dermot in August. Firstly our floors went in over a week late and we struggled to get any correspondence from dermot as to when work would commence. When the floors did go down there was a series of mistakes/damage. The wrong laminate was put in put down stairs bathroom - this was rectified how ever the quality of the job was awful, there are multiple chips/ gaps between the floor and the wall through out the house. When contacted Dermot re the chips he promised he would fix it and then we never heard from him again despite multiple calls/text/emails. The worst thing however is the damage done in our bathrooms because the toilets were not placed back correctly. We have 2 toilets that are unusable because of the shoddy work done- dermot has repeatedly tried to blame the builders despite the builders coming over multiple times and able to prove it was from the flooring due to the marks on the back of the laminate and the toilets them selves. The sinks were also placed insecurely and move- I have photos that demonstrate this however this site doesn’t allow me to upload. Dermots big sell to us was that he was contactable- he is not. Don’t be fooled by his ability to chat- this has caused us nothing but heart ache.
