David Moran is an architect with over 20 years post graduate experience in a wide range of areas and disciplines. He is a fully qualified architect and a full member of the Institute of Architects Ireland. He is a expert in Architecture, Design, Project management, Energy audits & Feasibility studies. David Moran Architects has provided extensive services to a varied range of clients over many years. Energy conservation is both a passion and a duty and combining this with innovative imaginative design poses a challenge we enjoy. Beauty, practicality and economical designs are included in our many skills. A thorough knowledge of all aspects of legislation governing the building industry makes us ideal for a wide range of project types. We have provided valuable services to residential clients designing one-off low energy and passive houses and extensions. We include corporate clients, hospitality and health-care clients, entertainment and music related projects amongst our portfolio. We have worked with David on several projects from one off house applications to apartment developements and period buildings. We have always found David to be very easy to work with and the service provided is both professional and comprehensive. We continue to work with him and would have no hesitation in recommending him for any project.

We have worked with David on numerous projects. His professionalism and level of understanding on all construction matters is second to none. His attention to detail and his eye for design is extremely impressive. His projects are extremely well run and we have enjoyed being part of his design. Davis boasts many years of industry experience and this is evident in his projects.

We hired David for his specialist knowledge in the area of passive homes for our project in 2009. Prior to hiring David our approach to the build seemed to make sense but would have led to structural issues with the passage of time. Much of the work preformed by David was in the prebuild phase, eliminating potential issues, which made for a smooth process when the build started. It is a testament to his expertise that of three projects started locally at that difficult time in the Industry, only the one he was involved with was completed. The others stand part completed to this day. The final build exceeded expectations and 6 years later still has no heating system, but remains warm ,dry and comfortable.

I found this architect to be highly knowledgeable and he takes whatever time is needed to explain things to me, the client. He never rushed me and that meant I always had time to ask as many questions as needed. He is reliable and trustworthy. He has not only helped me but also 2 other friends of mine who were needing the same work done as me.
