I recently had some walls opened up in my kitchen by Zavasky Remodeling Solutions. Plumbing, vents and electrical all had to be moved. Hardwood flooring had to be laced into the existing floor where it previously didn't exist. Plus, new lights were added to the new opening that was created. The project turned out exactly as I had hoped. I really couldn't have asked for a better result. I will definitely be using Zavasky Remodeling Solutions for future projects.

Zavasky Remodeling Solutions has purchased, stained to a perfect match, sealed and installed approximately 20 windows and two sliding glass doors for us. The owner and his assistant are very meticulous, respectful when working in your home, and on time. They consistently showed up at the same time every day and worked all day. I truly appreciated their professionalism and work ethic. The results were wonderful and on time. They also added some lighting to our ceiling and repaired water damage. Ron has a passion for the work that he does. He is not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. Ron has completed several projects for me over the years. He has replaced every interior door and jamb and his carpentry skills are beyond comparison. Ron installed a ceramic back splash in my kitchen that looks like something out of Better Homes and Gardens. A few years ago, my wife and I contracted Ron Zavasky Remodeling Solutions to replace our stair railing, going from the first floor to the second floor of our home, using red oak railing/spindles/newel posts construction. He did an excellent job, so we had him replace all of our interior doors, baseboard, window casing and door jambs with red oak, stained and finished; excellent job. We then contracted him to do a ceramic tile floor in our entryway/hallway/kitchen; also, hardwood flooring in our family room; excellent job. A year later, we contracted him to remodel our kitchen. Ron did a reface on the existing kitchen cabinets and installed new cabinet doors w/hardware; a quartz countertop (w/stainless steel sink) and a ceramic backsplash. We were on vacation while Ron completed this work; we trusted Ron in our home while we were away and had no issues; excellent job. The following year, we contracted Ron to replace our existing deck/stairs with "Timbertech" decking material and PVC railing; excellent job. We have received many compliments on the workmanship of our home remodeling projects throughout the years. We intend on contracting Ron in the years to come should we decide on further remodeling. We feel Ron's work is excellent quality at a fair price; above all he is "honest" and trustworthy. He has always wanted us to be 100% satisfied and would not leave until we were. I have used this company for two different projects in the past year. I have been very happy with the results of both remodeling jobs. Mr. Zavsky provided me with written estimates for the scope of his work including the prices for specific parts of the job. His bids were competitive and he stuck to the numbers in his contracts. (no surprises here like some other contractors) He is polite, shows up on time, works a full day schedule and is honest. He keeps a clean work area and checked with me any time there were changes that were needed. He pays special attention to details and wants to make sure his customers are happy. I engaged ZRS to refurbish my large rear wooden deck (about 10" above the ground). They were recommended by my cousin. I asked him to give me two prices: 1) Demolish the entire deck and replace; 2) Remove and replace only the decking and railing if the joists and supports were in good condition. I got good prices compared to two other quotes. Upon removing the decking, they did a through inspection of the joists and supports, said they were in great shape and recommended that they be reused. They were very accommodating, did excellent work, completed the job on schedule and left the work area clean upon completion. I would not hesitate to use them again.
