Universal Outdoor Design

It has taken over 3 months to finish what was said by them to be a 3-4 day job. They typically never call and schedule time to do the work, they just show up. When they do make an appointment, they end up no showing and not calling. Not responsive to email, text or phone calls. They breached our contract. The project was supposed to be done3 weeks ago and we are still waiting. They also casued concrete to splatter all over my solar screens and the brick on the house. It has yet ot be cleaned up.
