Gena, of Sovereign Interiors, is professional, reliable, and considerate of her clients’ budget. She helped renovate my home from top to bottom, including bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. I am delighted with the finished project, and she made me feel like a friend, not a job. Would hire her again in a minute, and recommend her to anyone looking for a first rate designer. Project $100 000. 00+, from May/17 to April/18.

It was a pleasure working with Gena. She took the time to come out and bring us many samples of the wallpapers and paint colours for our project. We changed the look of a couple of rooms in our house. She works well with any age group and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for whatever your decoration needs are. No job is too big or too small for Gena!!

Gina was wonderful to work with. The first part of my renovation was choosing a paint colour for the entire house. I was completely overwhelmed at the task but she arrived prepared and within two hours we had confidently chosen the perfect colours. She also had painters lined up to quote on the job within a week, and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the project. I'm planning on calling Gina for future phases of my renovation.

Gena came to our house and helped out with paint colours, tiles, blinds and more. She was great to work with and did a fantastic job. I absolutely love what she did!!! I would definitely recommend Sovereign Style Interiors if you need help with a project.

Gena is very knowledge and so much fun to work with. My goal was to update and/or re-purpose what I already had in my house. My first encounter with Gena was a color consultation. My feature wall is my favorite. I called Gena and we took the next steps toward updating. She has a great eye and very willing to get you exactly what you want but with her designer skills. She came shopping with me and we quickly filled three shopping carts of items to embellish almost every room in my house. With the exception of a few items they worked better than anticipated. We hung pictures, mirrors and light fixtures and I am thrilled with the results.

Sovereign Style Interiors was a key part of the success of our full house renovation. Gena came to our home to get a sense of what we were thinking, and worked out a plan with us which turned out to be critical in moving forward. As we worked through the upstairs bathrooms and bedrooms and began the work on the kitchen, main-floor bathroom and main floor living and dining rooms, we found we needed more help than originally planned. Gena accommodated our additional requests and added much value with suggestions. Some of her ideas were out of our comfort zone, but in the end, we wanted her honest opinions to avoid making "rookie' errors. In the end, she nailed it. She helped match hard wood flooring and counter top choices with tiles for floors and back-splashes in the kitchen and laundry room. She used her designer contacts to procure refinishing of our formal dining room chairs, and her curtain/blind contractor was top notch--I didn't even know that blinds that functional and attractive existed. But our bathroom coordination in our ensuite is beyond our expectations--the matching tiles, accent tiles, and paint colours are perfect. We could NOT have done that on our own. The paint colours of the house are exactly in the range and tones we were looking for. One last thing--Gena suggested accent colours we had never considered. she brought us to a vendor with kitchen faucets, new matching hardware for cabinets (we kept original cabinets) and matching lighting. We have had many complements from everyone who has noticed how these black accents "pop". Gena was always polite, and was exactly what we needed--she made helpful suggestions and many recommendations that we were wise to follow--that's what a good designer does. She also worked well with our contractor, which was a plus. We love our "new" home. We had a great experience (and I am not always open to "less" frugal ideas); we recommend her without reservation.

Working with Sovereign Style head designer was a delightful breath of 'fresh air'! This was my first time using an interior decorator/designer so I was a bit nervous, but Gena, is down to earth, very professional and has a wonderful energy and easy working style. What I liked most is that she listened to what my husband and I needed, wanted and steered us in the right direction. And, refreshingly --she was very conscientious in ensuring that we worked within the budget allocated for this project. Top marks to Gena and her team! I love my new space! I would recommend Sovereign Style Interiors to all my friends and colleagues. It was a pleasure working with this talented lady who brought her passion for design into my home.

We worked with Gena as we were building our new home in regards to new blinds. She gave us some great insight into color, design, and practicality. We are having a baby right away so having blinds installed right when we moved in was important to us and Gena was very accommodating with her time. She even came out to the new house before we got possession to take a look of the colors, etc. The blinds were installed the day we moved in! We were very happy with the customer service and the professionalism.

We had previously painted our condo with a colour we thought would look good and unfortunately it did not. We went to Benjamin Moore to look at paint samples, etc to repaint. We wanted someone to come to our home to make colour recommendations. Gena was recommended to us by Benjamin Moore paint. We contacted Sovereign Style Interiors by email. Gena got back to us right away and we set up an appointment the following week. She recommended a few different colours. We went with two one of her colours and painted over the Christmas holidays. We absolutely love the colours!! it has transformed our condo, looks extremely classy. We could not be happier with the result!. We found Gena to be very professional and diligent. We also own another home and plan on renovating in the spring and will be contacting her then to assist us again. We would highly recommend her!!
