Southwest Greens of Florida

Jim Walton began Southwest Greens in 2002 in Miami, FL. Throughout the company’s successful beginning endeavors, a relationship with Jack Nicklaus’ company, Nicklaus Design, we grew rapidly. Southwest Greens Florida moved to Jupiter, FL in 2004 to better service Florida as a whole. Due to the high quality work Southwest Greens provides, a licensing agreement with Nicklaus Design was signed that year, 2004. The agreement created an integrated design program for high-end putting greens that is continued to this day. Southwest Greens is fortunate enough to have over 30 PGA Tour Pro endorsements, and as the company continued to grow, we moved into a larger facility in Palm Beach Gardens in 2013. With new market segments, like synthetic grass lawns, taking off, we have been able to grow to employ about 30 employees and cover the entire state of Florida with the exception of Jacksonville. Annually, Southwest Greens installs over 400,000 square feet of turf in Florida! It’s evident we are Florida’s leading artificial grass installer. Southwest Greens is also very involved in our local community; Jim Walton is a board member of the Quantum House, located in West Palm Beach, located next to St. Mary’s Hospital. Quantum House offers families, who have family members undergoing serious medical treatments in the hospital, a home next to the hospital. We have supported the Quantum House over the years and donated a custom built 600 square foot putting green and a 1500 square foot playground area. Southwest Greens is also a regular supporter of The First Tee of the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast, Junior Achievement of South Florida, Nicklaus Children’s Foundation, Stop Children’s Cancer, South Florida Science Center, U.S. Navy Seals, and the Wounded Warriors. We have donated putting greens for auction to all of these organizations and support their annual events. At Southwest Greens Florida, we strive to be the best everyday.
