From their offices in St. Petersburg, Florida, Southern Exteriors Landscape Development Inc. has served the greater Tampa Bay area since 1989. Southern Exteriors is first and foremost a design, cost-effective, quality design and execution landscape construction service.
Owner / operator James J. "Jim" Cunneen, a horticulturist and landscape designer, founded and over sees the firms day to day operations. Jim's goal is to provide timeless landscape designs that will evolve and complement the structure as well as it's owner.
Southern Exteriors Landscape Development specializes in well designed and constructed landscapes as well as site plans, irrigation, wood decks, arbors, fountains, ponds, outdoor lighting, brick driveways, walkways and patio design and construction.
Southern Exteriors identifies solutions to problems which might otherwise be dismissed as irresolvable project limitations. Reaching beyond the expectations of our clients is the design objective at Southern Exteriors.
