Refined Design LLC was started in 2005 by owner Stephanie Kelley as an Interior Decorating and Interior Redesign Company. Stephanie entered Home Staging in 2006 due to client demand. Due to this high demand and a need to educate the community about how impactful and necessary home staging is when selling a house, Refined Design LLC moved completely and solely into home staging in 2016. Stephanie's background in interior decorating and her philosophy to use what people already own and then update, refresh, and redo using her decorating skills and sense of style, has played a large factor in her home staging success. Refined Design (staging) now has a 2,500 sq. ft. warehouse of furniture and accessories. Services include: Construction Consultations (what renovations are needed to sell a home, painting, flooring, countertops, etc.), and Staging Consultations. We can stage vacant or occupied homes.
